Insane Sauce:

High Chive

This sauce is loaded with fresh chives which provides amazing flavor to your grains & veggies.

Meal Components:

Organic Sprouted Lentils, Organic Red Rice & Organic Arugula With Roasted Walnuts

How To Batch It

(In One Hour For The Whole Week)


Sprouted Lentils & Red Rice


Thinly slice the scallions.

Add rice to a pan and sauté in olive oil for five minutes until slightly browned.

Add 1 cup of water. Stir. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

After the rice has cooked, remove from heat, and fluff rice with a fork, cover, and let stand for five minutes.

Cook dried sprouted legumes in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water until just tender, about 10 minutes. Cover pot; remove from heat.

Let stand for 3 minutes.

Drain the lentils in a collander under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.

Mix together the arugula, rice, lentils, scallions, nuts, and a HALF JAR of the homemade High Chive sauce in a large bowl.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.


Grill The Veggies


Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium high.

Cut the spring onions in half lengthwise.

Place asparagus and spring onions in a grilling cage to keep them from falling into the grill.

Grill veggies until slightly charred on both sides.


Assemble Dishes


In 4 large serving dishes, divide the cooked grains, grilled asparagus & spring onions. Add sliced avocados.

Drizzle the remaining insane sauce over the top of the grilled veggies. Serve and enjoy!

Hands down my favorite sauce! And no pun intended lol. I've used it on several dishes sent to us and look forward to more!
